Is my warranty valid worldwide?
Yes, Bugaboo products are covered by a worldwide warranty of 2 years from your date of purchase. However, Bugaboo products will differ per region due to local regulations. If you need to claim warranty on your Bugaboo product outside of the region where you have purchase your product, Bugaboo will only be able to supply you with a limited number of parts. If the part needs to be provided by the region where you have purchased your Bugaboo product and sent abroad, you might have to pay for the shipping costs.

The sun canopy of my Bugaboo Cameleon does not stay up. How can I fix it?
If the sun canopy of your Bugaboo Cameleon wont stay up, it is most likely due to the fact that the sun canopy clamps are attached wrongly. If you look on the inside of the sun canopy clamps, you will see the letters "L" and "R". These letters refer to your left and right side. Position the stroller so that the child is facing you, and attach the sun canopy clamps to the frame, according to your left "L" and right "R".

What to do if the swivel wheels of my Bugaboo Bee stroller shimmy?
There are several reasons that may cause the swivel wheels of the Bugaboo Bee to shimmy, including driving speed, road surface and the load on the wheel suspension. And although shimmying does not affect the safety of the stroller, we do understand that it might cause an unpleasant driving experience. Therefore, Bugaboo has created a very simple service set which you can order free of charge and place on your Bugaboo Bee swivel wheels to stop them from shimmying. By combining it with the sun shade and the parasol your child will have optimal protection. However, as a parent you remain responsible for the sun exposure of your child. Bugaboo recommends that you take other sun-protective measures such as sunscreen and protective clothing.

I want to take my Bugaboo stroller on a plane. Is it easy to travel with?
Most airlines will allow you to drive your child in his or her Bugaboo stroller to the gate. There, you can fold it into its most compact and easy-to-handle size. The airline staff will place the stroller in the general luggage compartment of the plane and will deliver it to you as you exit the plane at the end of your flight. However, Bugaboo recommends using the transport bag for extra protection and checking in the stroller as odd size luggage. This minimizes the chance of damage to your Bugaboo stroller.

Your warranty is not valid for damage sustained during air travel, with or without the transport bag.

Can I wash the fabrics of my Bugaboo product?
Most fabrics used in Bugaboo products are machine-washable, but there are exceptions, such as the new breezy sun canopy, so always check the washing label on the fabric for detailed washing instructions. Be aware when Velcro straps are attached to the fabric, to close them before washing.

How can I best use the aerated inlay in the Bugaboo Cameleon?
The mattress has an aerated inlay that creates a breathable layer of air between the different materials. It is suitable for children weighing up to 9 kg / 19.8 lb.

Care of the aerated inlay
You can machine-wash the inlay at a temperature of no more than 60°C. If you take care of the inlay, it will keep its breathable characteristics for a few years, so you can use it for your next child as well.

Good to know
You can use an extra blanket for additional comfort, but this will diminish the air circulation. We recommend using covers or layers that let the air circulate as freely as possible.

How can I clean my Bugaboo stroller?
Clean the chassis with a soft towel and lukewarm water and wipe off any remaining water with a dry cloth. Use a soft brush to clean sand from the mechanisms and sliding tubes of the frame. You can use a lubricate (like WD40) on the brake system to prevent your Bugaboo stroller from squeaking and to facilitate a smoother ride. To clean the foam on the handlebar, please use a sponge, warm water and liquid soap and gently rub the area that needs to be cleaned. Wipe clean any soap residue left on the metal part of the handlebar.

If the suspension is not the same, please adjust it so it is and try the stroller again. If the problem is not fixed, please contact Bugaboo Customer Service for further assistance.

Sometimes I have the impression that the brake on my Bugaboo Bee is not working properly. What should I do?
In some cases, the Bugaboo Bee brake does not work properly. This could be the case with your stroller. We ask that you order via this form a set of Bugaboo Bee brackets that we have developed in order to secure the Bugaboo Bee brake function. You will receive the set of brackets at home within 2 weeks. Until then, we advise you to check the working of the brake by applying it and then trying to move the stroller back and forth.

Is it still safe to use my Bugaboo Bee or should i wait until the brackets are fitted onto the wheels?
The Bugaboo Bee brake does not work properly only in a few cases. We advise that until you have fitted the brackets, to check the working of the brake by applying it and then trying to move the stroller back and forth. If you order a set of brackets, you will receive it within 2 weeks.

I have a Bugaboo Cameleon, should I also order the brackets?
No, the brackets only apply to the Bugaboo Bee. If you have a Bugaboo Cameleon you do not need to order them.

The round white knobs of the seat frame do not work. What can I do?

Why are there both elastic loops and a sleeve on the back of the footmuff?
The footmuff fits all Bugaboo strollers. When using the footmuff with the Bugaboo Bee, the elastic loops fasten the footmuff to the seat. When using the footmuff with other Bugaboo strollers, the sleeve is used to attach the footmuff to the stroller seat. Why is there no sunshade available for the Bugaboo Bee?

Why should I buy a seat liner?
The reversible and breathable seat liner keeps away unwanted moisture allowing your child to enjoy a more comfortable (additional padding) and dry ride. The seat liner is available in many colors and fits all Bugaboo strollers.

Why would I use the baby cocoon?
The baby cocoon will keep your newborn (0–6 months) comfortable when youre out and about. Place the baby cocoon on top of the fully reclined seat and secure your child with the harness. The fleece fabric is soft against your babys delicate skin; your baby will love the snug feel. The baby cocoon provides cozy warmth in winter, while in summer you can fold the top cover down or even take it off, making it an extra lining to your Bugaboo Bee.

I find it difficult to downsize the chassis of the Bugaboo Donkey from duo to mono. Can you help?
Always make sure you have unlocked the three adjustment clips on the handlebar, the rear wheel fork and the front wheel fork and pressed the button on the middle tube of the chassis.

If you still feel resistance in the operation to make the chassis smaller, please try this: move to the right side of the stroller (at your left is the handlebar), lift the chassis slightly from the ground resting it on the left front and rear wheels. Unlock the chassis by pressing the button on the middle tube of the chassis with your right hand. Then push the chassis into the ground with your left hand. Watch this video for more details.
